Why I am a Small Business Coach

I was born and raised in Central California, the breadbasket of the world.

I attended Fresno State University and graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration and Accounting.

I went to work as a credit manager for a large farm equipment company and sold Real Estate part time.

Four years later I went to work for a national accounting firm where I interacted with many types and sizes of businesses. I ended up spending 30 years with them and then retired.

I am the kind of person that can not sit around and do nothing, so after six months of retirement I created Sierra Pacific Marketing, a web design and marketing company. I had clients from all over California from attorneys to car detailers. After 10 years the web design and digital marketing industry had changed significantly, and my client base dried up. I still have a few loyal clients that I serve. In reflecting on my experiences, I decided to offer marketing coaching assistance to my networking clients.

I have based my career, business and personal life on a faith based world view and offer that to my clients who want to bring a balanced approach to their business and personal life.

A few clients asked for more complete business coaching and that is where I began my next journey. With my many years of business experience and connections I launched my Small Business Coaching business. I have been glad to help other small business owners, entrepreneurs and solopreneurs find their purpose and path to real business success and get the freedom and enjoyment from running their own business that they want.
